Safeguarding
Road to Success' Directors take overall responsibility for prioritising safeguarding in the organisation.
Road to Success is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults, and expects all staff, volunteers and visitors to share this commitment.
We have a safeguarding policy and a procedure in place which all staff must follow.

Road to Success Safeguarding Statement:
Road to Success is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects staff and volunteers to share this commitment. We have policies and procedures in place that contribute to our safeguarding commitment. Sometimes we may need to share information and work in partnership with other agencies, when there are concerns about a learner’s welfare. We'll ensure that our concerns about our learners are discussed with parents/carers first, unless we have reason to believe that such a move would be contrary to the learner’s welfare. We actively support the Government’s Prevent Agenda to counter Radicalism and Extremism.
Report a Concern
Please report any concerns you may have to our Safeguarding officers.
