Road to Success offers a proven and well-established alternative school program specifically designed for 14 to 16-year-olds. These courses provide a valuable alternative route to traditional education, leading to further education opportunities in a variety of engaging and diverse vocations. Our program is tailored to meet the needs of students seeking practical and hands-on learning experiences, making it a vital resource for the youth of today.

In addition to vocational training, our comprehensive portfolio includes a broad range of educational and social courses. These cover a wide array of topics, ensuring that students not only gain technical skills but also develop socially and emotionally. By offering such a diverse selection of courses, we aim to support the holistic development of our students, preparing them for successful futures in both their personal and professional lives.

Road to Success also offers up to 4 weeks of respite for students facing exclusions or in need of an interim education provider between placements. These respite placements can be promptly initiated upon receiving a referral, ensuring there are no gaps in the students' education.
